No trout permit needed in PA if you turn 100 yrs in 2025.I do feel that I am being forced to purchase a trout stamp, if I wish to fish any wild trout streams, I am required to have one. I am also required to purchase one to fish for lake trout in Lake Erie. By the way, both previous examples require zero stocking by the PFBC, so what am I paying for?
